Pattoki Wedding Hall Incident Sparks Outrage

The Pattoki incident has caused widespread outrage on social media as a viral video made rounds on the internet. In the viral video, the guests at a wedding hall in Pattoki, a small town of District Kasur, could be seen eating while the dead body of a laborer was lying on the floor of the venue.

The viral video has triggered backlash on social media as netizens demand authorities to provide justice for Mohammad Ashraf and carry out strict punishment for the inhumane act, which has made many lose their faith in humanity over the gross incident.

12 People Arrested

The police has arrested 12 people in relation with the Pattoki incident, while the body was sent for a postmortem and investigation has been launched into matter to punish those responsible for the inhumane act. The postmortem report states that no marks of torture were found on the body of Muhammad Ashraf, but the police is continuing with their investigation from different angles.

The arrested people include the manager of the wedding hall in Pattoki, along with several other workers. Meanwhile, the incident is being investigated from all angles and a final report will reveal further details and the police has promised that culprits will be punished as per the law.

CM Punjab Takes Notice

Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and the IG Punjab Rao Sardar Ali Khan have also taken notice of the Pattoki incident, where guests at the wedding hall continued eating their food and enjoying the ceremony with a dead body laying on the floor of the venue.
