ISLAMABAD: The Petrol Prices in Pakistan have been increased from 1 October 2021 till 15 October 2021 on the directives of Prime Minister Imran Khan after reviewing the recommendations of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).
According to the announcement, the Petrol Price in Pakistan has been increased by Rs. 4 per litre for the first half of October while the price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) has also been raised by Rs. 2.00 per litre.
Meanwhile, the Price of Kerosene Oil has been increased by Rs. 7.05 per litre and the Price of Light Diesel Oil (LDO) has been raised by Rs. 8.82 per litre for the first half of October 2021.

It is pertinent to mention that Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) had recommended an increase of Rs. 5.25 per litre in the Petrol Price in Pakistan along with a hike of Rs. 3.5 per litre for High-Speed Diesel (HSD). The Government also announced a massive increase in petrol prices for the second half of September as well.
The new Petrol Prices in Pakistan will go into effect from 1 October 2021 and remain in place for the first half of the month till 15 October 2021.
