The government has decided to increase petrol prices in Pakistan for the next fortnight, starting from 16 July 2024 to 31 July 2024. According to the notification, the price of both petrol and high-speed diesel (HSD) has been raised from midnight.
According to the notification, the petrol price has been increased by Rs. 9.99 per litre, while the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) has been jacked up by Rs. 6.18 per litre. This brings the new price of petrol to Rs. 275.60 per litre, while high-speed diesel (HSD) will be sold at Rs. 283.63 per litre.

The latest diesel and petrol prices in Pakistan will be applicable from midnight on 16 July 2024 for the second half of the month.

It is pertinent to mention that the government increased the petrol price by Rs. 7.45 per litre and the diesel price by Rs. 9.56 per litre during the last fortnightly review.
