ISLAMABAD: The petrol prices in Pakistan has been increased from 16 June 2021 till 30 June 2021 on the directives of Prime Minister Imran Khan after reviewing the recommendations of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).
According to the announcement, the petrol price in Pakistan has been increased by Rs. 2.13 per litre bringing the new rate at Rs. 110.69 per litre while high-speed diesel (HSD) price in Pakistan has been cut by Rs. 1.79 per litre bringing the new rate at Rs. 112.55 per litre.
Meanwhile, prices of Kerosene oil and light-speed diesel (LDO) have been increased by Rs. 1.89 per litre and Rs. 2.03 per litre respectively, bringing new rates to Rs. 81.89 per litre and Rs. 77.65 per litre.

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) had originally recommended an increase of Rs. 4.20 per litre in the petrol price and Rs. 3.50 in the diesel price.
The new petrol prices in Pakistan will go into effect from 16 June 2021 till 30 June 2021.
