Finance Minister, Ishaq Dar, on Saturday announced that Petrol Prices in Pakistan will remain unchanged for the next fortnight (16 October 2022 to 31 October 2022) despite the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority’s (OGRA) recommendation to reduce the Price of Petrol in the country.
According to the announcement, the Petrol Price in Pakistan will remain unchanged at Rs. 224.80 per litre for the second half of October 2022 and the High-Speed Diesel (HSD) Price in Pakistan will also remain unchanged at Rs. 235.30 per litre. Likewise, the Price of Kerosene and Light Diesel Oil (LDO) will be maintained at Rs. 191.83 and Rs. 186.50 per litre, respectively.

The Latest Petrol Prices in Pakistan will remain unchanged from 16 October 2022 for the next fortnight till 31 October 2022.
“In the fortnightly review of Petroleum Products’ prices, Government has decided to maintain the petroleum products’ prices at the existing level in order to provide utmost relief to the consumers and keep the prices stable in the country” said the notification issued by the Finance Division.

Earlier, it was reported that Petrol Price in Pakistan may be reduced by Rs. 11 per litre, while the Price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD), Kerosene, and Light Diesel Oil (LDO) was expected to go up by Rs. 5 to Rs. 12 per litre from October 16 for the next fortnight till 31 October 2022.
