ISLAMABAD: The Petrol Prices in Pakistan have been increased from 16 September 2021 till 30 September 2021 on the directives of Prime Minister Imran Khan after reviewing the recommendations of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).
According to the announcement, the Petrol Price in Pakistan has been increased by Rs. 5 per litre for the remainder of September while the price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) has also been raised by Rs. 5.01 per litre.
Meanwhile, the Price of Kerosene Oil has been increased by Rs. 4.46 per litre and the Price of Light Diesel Oil (LDO) has been raised by Rs. 5.92 per litre for the second half of September 2021.

It is pertinent to mention that Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) had recommended an increase of Rs. 1 per litre in the Petrol Price in Pakistan along with a hike of Rs. 10 per litre for High-Speed Diesel (HSD). Furthermore, the regulator also recommended to slash the Price of Kerosene Oil and Light Diesel Oil (LDO) by Rs. 5.50 per litre respectively.
The new Petrol Prices in Pakistan will go into effect from 16 September 2021 and remain in place for the remainder of the month till 30 September 2021.
