ISLAMABAD: The Prime Minister Imran Khan inaugurates Isolation Hospital, Infectious Diseases Treatment center in Islamabad on Thursday.
The PM Imran Khan visited the isolation center which has the capacity to hold fifty beds which is established by Frontier Works Organization (FWO) .
Chairman NDMA Lieutenant General Muhammad Afzal briefed the Prime Minister about the Isolation hospital and center.

The Pakistanis who are stuck outside and those coming back will be kept in these isolation centers and tested for the coronavirus.
A similar facility is already available at the Hajj facility, this is being the second. Apart from these facilities, two hotels are also being used for the same purpose.

The coronavirus cases count in Pakistan has reaches 1,118. Eight people have lost the fight against the COVID-19 so far.
Global count
The global count has reached 480,000 with 21,500 deaths. The number of cases is still increasing while China has controlled the rise in new cases.
Young coronavirus patients escape the hospital
A twenty-four-year-old patient has reportedly escaped from Jinnah Hospital Lahore.
The patient is being identified as Saman Shehbaz a 24-year-old female hailing from the Gulshan Ravi area, Lahore.
While lockdown and social distancing are being practiced throughout the country, some irresponsible adults manage to escape and further spread the virus.
