ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran will inaugurate Kartarpur Corridor tomorrow on 9 November to facilitate the entry of Sikh pilgrims from India into newly constructed Gurdwara Dera Sahib.
The newly constructed Gurdwara Dera Sahib is the biggest Gurdwara in the world, The corridor opened on 550th birth anniversary celebration of Guru Nanak Dev Ji beginning from Tuesday.
initially, 5000 yatrees (pilgrims) per day are expected to come from India.
Prime Minister Imran Khan, waived off the free for pilgrims on the birth anneversary of Guru Nanak Sahb, however from ontwards, pilgrims from India will have to pay 20$ US Dollars fee to visit.
It is expected that from the Indian side, Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate Kartarpur Corridor tomorrow.
The Foreign Office did not comment on PM Khan and PM Modi’s meeting on Kartarpur Corridor.
