In an unusual incident, the police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) against a four-month-old baby in Chiniot for violating the Sound System Act along with dozens of other people.
According to the details, the Chiniot police registered an FIR under Section 188 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) against several people including four-month-old baby named Hasnain Shehzada for using loudspeakers at a religious event.
Furthermore, the Chiniot police refused to strike of the name of four-month-old Hasnain Shehzada when they were informed about his age.
The child’s father and the infant baby submitted papers in the court for interim bail on Wednesday.
