The private schools in Dubai might switch to online classes on Monday, March 11, if the rain causes any problems on their grounds over the weekend.
The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) made this announcement on Sunday.
They posted on social media, saying, “In case of rain damage due to the unstable weather over the weekend, Dubai private schools, nurseries, and universities may offer distance learning on Monday, March 11.”
The announcement also coincides with the start of Ramadan in the Middle Eastern countries after the crescent moon was spotted today, marking the start of the holy month.
