ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) customer helpline at 1218 has introduced Sindhi language on top of the three languages previously offered.
The PTCL customer helpline at 1218 offered Urdu, English and Pashto as language selections but after complaints by the Sindh assembly to the telecommunications company, it has finally added Sindhi as another language selection option.

This step is taken by PTCL as part of their efforts to include different regional languages as respect to cultural diversity in the country.
Now Punjabi and Balochi should be next on PTCL’s list of languages to add in its customer service helpline on 1218.
