ISLAMABAD: The Federal government has announced a public holiday on 30 October 2020 for 12th Rabi ul Awwal (Eid Milad-un-Nabi S.A.W.W).

According to a notification issue by the Ministry of Interior, 30 October 2020 “shall be a public holiday on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (12th Rabi-ul-Awwal).
12th Rabi ul Awwal, which is the third month in the Islamic lunar calander celebrates the birth of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

Similarly, the government of Sindh announced a public holiday in the province on 30th October 2020.
