Bus services will resume in Pakistan from tomorrow (16 May 2021) as National Command and Operations Centre has given permission to start operations for inter-city and intra-city public transport.
The decision was taken at the meeting of the National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC) held in Islamabad under the Federal Minister for Development and Planning Asad Umar.
However, it bears mentioning that these services will operate with only 50 percent occupancy.
Furthermore, the Pakistan Railways can also continue operations with 70 percent occupancy, said the National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC).
