LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz distributed electric bikes at a special ceremony. The government has rolled out easy installment plans to make these bikes more accessible..
At the event, CM Maryam Nawaz praised the students who received the e-bikes, highlighting how this initiative aims to address their transportation challenges quickly.
“We have seen overwhelming interest, with around 190,000 students registering for these e-bikes,” said CM Nawaz. “Out of these, 27,000 students will soon receive their bikes across Punjab.”
This electric bike program shows the government’s dedication to supporting education and making students’ daily commutes easier. The easy installment plans are designed to help more students without adding financial pressure.
