The Punjab E-Pay mobile app is facing problems that have caused disruptions to online payments for stamp duty, token tax, traffic fines, and vehicle registration.
The application has been facing technical glitches since the morning, which is causing problems for several users when making online payments.
Meanwhile, the Punjab E-Pay app’s link to the driving license system has also been affected, and the traffic police have suspended driving license services temporarily.
The spokesperson for the traffic police has stated that driving license services will remain suspended until restoration of the app and all related services.
It is pertinent to mention that the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) is responsible for maintenance of the Punjab E-Pay mobile app.
