The Punjab Government launched ‘Khidmat Apki Dehleez Par App’ to address citizen complaints in order to bring change across the province. The app will help identify areas that need quick attention from Government Departments while Government Officials will respond to citizens regarding status of their complaints directly on the ‘Punjab Khidmat Apki Dehleez Par App’.
The main focus of the ‘Punjab Khidmat Apki Dehleez Par App’ is to clean the streets, bazaars and localities which have been ignored by concerned departments. The app will also help resolve complaints related to solid waste management, improving water drainage and supply facilities.
Furthermore, this programme will lead towards the cleaning up of government buildings, beautification of parks, greenbelts and roundabouts as well.

How to launch complaint?
Step 1: Download the app from the respective links above.
Step 2: Signup providing basic information (Full Name, District, Tehsil, Mobile No., Email Address, Password).
Step 3: Register your complaint or provide feedback from the dashboard. There will be an option to provide picture while submitting your complaint so as to help the government official get a better idea of the severity of the situation.
Step 4: Wait for a response.
Over 40,000 Complaints Resolved
According to a statistical overview, the Punjab Khidmat Apki Dehleez Par App has resolved 40,965 complaints, said the Punjab Information and Technology Board on Twitter.
