Teenage girl and boy beheaded in Attock: Honour Killing

ATTOCK: Teenage girl and boy beheaded in a small village of Attock District,  a case of Honour Killing, by father and uncle of the girl.

Father and uncle beheaded an 18-year-old girl along with her 21-year-old boyfriend. yet another incident of honour killing in Pakistan.

The incident, that took place in a small village in Attock district.

The 21-year-old boy had come to meet the girl at her house. Soon after the father ( Massod) and uncle (Waheed) walked into the house. When they saw their daughter with the boy, they tied them both with the ropes and beheaded them both with a sharp object.

Sub-inspector of Saddar police station Asif Khan has informed that both the suspects ( Masood and Waheed) have been arrested by the police. The murder weapon has been recovered as well.

The bodies of both victims will be returned to their families after the autopsy is performed. The autopsy will be performed at the District Headquarters Hospital. A case of double-murder has also been registered.

The independent Human Rights Commission of Pakistan has recorded at least 280 such murders from October 2016 to June 2017 ─ a figure believed to be understated and incomplete.
