Pakistani female racer, Salma Marwat Khan, crushed a man to death as her over speeding pick-up truck caused an accident hitting a motorcycle in Islamabad. Meanwhile, another person, the deceased’s brother, was injured and taken to the hospital and he is said to be in critical condition.
According to the details, the accident took place near F-11 Markaz in Islamabad and racer Salma Marwat Khan managed to escape the scene after the accident. Meanwhile, the rescue officials rushed to the scene of the incident where the man who came under the rally driver’s pick-up truck died on the spot and his brother was critically injured and shifted to PIMS Hospital.
The deceased was identified as Bashir Ahmed, 31, and his injured brother was identified as Hamza. Furthermore, the police have registered a First Information Report (FIA) on the complaint of the deceased’s father, who has demanded authorities to bring the culprit to justice.
“My sons Bashir Ahmed and Hamza were heading to F-11 Markaz on their motorcycle when a speedy car, being driven by an unknown woman, hit them from the backside and escaped from the scene. Resultantly, Bashir Ahmed died on the spot while Hamza received critical wounds.” said the father. Zahoor Ahmed, in his statement to the police.
