Ras Al Khaimah’s government schools are taking precautionary measures in response to anticipated unstable weather conditions by transitioning to remote learning on Friday, March 8.

The UAE authorities have issued warnings regarding severe weather phenomena, including heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and hail, expected to persist from Friday evening, March 8, until noon on Sunday, March 10. These conditions may lead to flooding in certain areas and potentially dangerous low visibility on roads, particularly during the peak period between Friday midnight and Saturday midnight.

In light of these forecasts, residents are strongly advised to limit outdoor activities to essential tasks only, prioritizing safety and avoiding unnecessary risks.
