The Sindh Government has announced that businesses in the province can now remain open for six days a week while remaining closed on Sunday due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The decision was made during a meeting of the Provincial Task Force on Coronavirus on Monday chaired by Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah.
It was decided to close business activity in Sindh for only one day instead of two days a week as coronavirus situation has improved in the province.
The Chief Minister added that he will not allow corruption or incompetence in any ongoing work against COVID-19 while taking notice of the issuance of certificate at the Expo Center without getting vaccinated.
“Having a coronavirus jab should be made mandatory to get a driving license.” he added.
Furthermore, it was decided at the meeting to allow schools in Sindh to resume in-person learning for classes 6 through 8 due to improving conditions.
