KARACHI: An Anti-Terrorism Court has declared Mutahidda Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain proclaimed offender for extending ‘threats’ to colonel of Rangers.
he case was heard at the ATC in Karachi today. Investigation officer told the court that Mr. Hussain could not be arrested as he was living abroad.
The court declared MQM chief absconder and issued his non-bailable arrest warrants for another time. The MQM chief is facing these charges for giving “threats” Colonel Tahir after raid at MQM headquarters Nine Zero earlier this year.
The case against Altaf Hussain was also registered at Civil Lines Police Station.
