As the coronavirus situations in Pakistan worsens the Sindh Government has banned congregational prayers in Mosques till 5 April 2020 to curb the spread of COVID-19.
According to the Minister of Information Sindh Nasir Shah, only a maximum of five people will be allowed to offer prayers in mosques at a time which includes the staff at mosque.

This decision has been taken after consultation with medical experts and ulema today when the total number of coronavirus cases in Sindh reached 421.
Total number of COVID-19 cases in Pakistan has reached 1,190 and one more death has been reported in Punjab but more details have not been revealed.
The Federal government has closed all educational institutions in the country till 31 May 2020 to curb the spread of coronavirus. The decision was taken in a meeting of National Coordination Committee (NCC) in Islamabad today.
