ISLAMABAD: District Health Office (DHO) Islamabad and Deputy Commissioner Islamabad updates about the closure of streets due to Covid-19 cases identified in Islamabad.
The Smart lockdown is being imposed in the following streets in Sector F-11/2, F-11/3, I-8/2, I-8/3, I-8/4, Media Town, I-19/2, G-11/2, Pakistan Town Phase 1, and G-6/2 from 12 midnight (26 October 2020).

The notification issued by District Health Office of the closure of Streets due to COVID-19 Cases
Streets will be completely sealed off for the next 14 days and law enforcement agencies and District Health Office (DHO) will monitor the situation until further notice.
Deputy Commissioner Islamabad said “Only people with jobs in essential services and with negative covid certificate will be allowed to leave, Health teams will complete TTQ and give clearance for opening up. Assistant Commissioners will coordinate for making sure all arrangements are in place. Stay Safe Islamabad, Second wave is here.”
Earlier on October 10, as a part of Smart lockdown in Islamabad, Several streets of G-10 and G-9 Sectors were completely sealed after coronavirus positive cases were reported.
NCOC already warned about the second wave of Covid-19 as the coronavirus cases rising in Pakistan once again, right after government decided to open schools the number of cases has gone up.
