Rescue operations were on going but the relief agencies working on the rescue operation said that the operation has been completed. The Sukkur building collapse happened on Thursday when a four story building located at Hussaini road collapsed.
The Sukkur building collapse took a total of nine lives and also caused injuries to another 18 people according to reports.
Reports say that a 3 year old girl was pulled out alive 21 hours after the Sukkur building collapse.
The rescue operation to retrieve bodies from the debris has been completed today by relief agencies. Pakistan Army and Rangers personnel were also at the scene taking part in the rescue operations helping to remove debris and to find people trapped.
According to reports by ARY news, the Mayor of Sukkur, Arslan Sheikh said that 12 people have been pulled out and rescued by the teams working on site taking part in the rescue operation and the injured people have been taken to the Civil Hospital Sukkar.

The Chief Minister Sindh, Murad Ali Shah, took notice of the incident and directed the administration to provide the affected families with any assistance they require.
The building was 15 years old according to reports and the building was residence to four brothers living in it with their families.
This is a second incident of building collapse in Sindh in the last few days. Just a few days ago a building located at Ranchore Line in Karachi collapsed after it titled down. People however were able to get out of the building before it collapsed and no casualties were reported. You can read more about this incident in our article here.
