Suspension of Mobile Services in Sindh: Chelum of Imam Hussain

SINDH: Mobile Services will remain suspended in Sindh on account of Chehlum 2018. Under the directives of the Government of Sindh Home Department Mobile Services will be suspended during Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (R.A) 1440 Hijri, 2018.

The decision of suspension of the mobile services is taken in view of ongoing operation against terrorist organization throughout the country and the threat perception during the Chehlum processions.

The areas of Sindh that will be affected with the suspension of the mobile services  fall in the ambit of following areas of Karachi, Hyderabad, Shaheed Benazirabad, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur and Larkana Ranges

Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain will be observed on 20^th Safar 1440 Hijri, 30^th October 2018
