The Swat Motorway Toll Plaza has been set on fire by protestors following unrest that ensued after the arrest of former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman, Imran Khan.
PTI chief was arrest by Rangers personnel from the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on the instructions of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in the Al-Qadir Trust case, which alleges that Imran Khan, along with his wife and other PTI leaders, made a settlement between his government and a property tycoon that reportedly caused a loss of £190 billion to the national exchequer.
Following the arrest of PTI chairman, Imran Khan, the party’s workers and supporters have taken to the street to protest against the incumbent government to express their disappointment over the poor treatment of the political leader.

Furthermore, the Government of Pakistan has also blocked access to social media services like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, which are down across major cities of Pakistan.
