Two minor girls raped in Gujranwala

GUJRANWALA: In another tragic series of events, two minor girls have been raped in Gujranwala according to police reports. The victims belonged to different areas of the city.

According to sources, one of the girls who was raped in Gujranwala involved a 12-year-old who belonged to the Nazir Park area of Sabzi Mandi. The minor girl was sexually abused and left in critical condition.

The medical report of the victim confirmed that she was raped by 22-year-old Gul Sher. who has been taken into custody and identified by the victim as her molester at the hospital where she was being treated.

According to the police, the culprit was taken to the hospital for identification after he left the minor rape victim in critical condition. The accused will soon be presented before the relevant court.

Another girl raped in Gujranwala involved an eight year old who belonged to the Kot Shafi area. The minor girl was raped by a man named Razzaq who fled the scene after committing the heinous crime but was later arrested with the help of CCTV footage.

Cases of violence against woman and children have rapidly increased in recently. Social media has been trending with another rape incident that occurred at Lahore motorway.
