UAE Announces 50% Discount on Traffic Violations in Fujairah

In celebration of the 52nd UAE National Day, Fujairah Police has announced a noteworthy initiative by offering a 50% discount on traffic violations, a waiver of traffic points, and a reduction in the impoundment fees for vehicles.

This special offer is valid for a period of 52 days starting from November 30, and it applies to all violations incurred before November 30, 2023, with the exception of aggravated offenses.

Major General Mohammed Ahmed bin Ghanem Al Kaabi, the Commander-in-Chief of Fujairah Police, emphasized that this decision stems from the commitment to bringing joy to citizens and residents by facilitating the processes associated with vehicle licensing systems, aligning with the significance of the country’s 52nd Union Day. Al Kaabi expressed, “Fujairah Police is dedicated to implementing initiatives that bring happiness to our customers and facilitate their traffic transactions with convenience.”

Colonel Saleh Muhammad Al-Dhanhani, Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department, urged members of the community to seize this opportunity, promptly settle their violations, take advantage of the discount during this specified period, and clear any accumulated traffic offenses.
