Usman Mirza Tortures Couple, Islamabad Police Registers FIR

Islamabad Police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) against Usman Mirza after a viral video began circulating on social media showing the suspect raping, assaulting and blackmailing a couple at gunpoint.

In the viral video, Usman Mirza was seen holding a couple at gunpoint with help of accomplices, Atta-ur-Rehman, Mudaris Butt and Farhan, who have also been arrested by Islamabad Police.

The victims were both forced to strip naked in front of a room full of people and severely tortured by the accused, who allegedly raped the woman as well. Furthermore, the culprit made a video of the woman and used it to blackmail the couple for the past few months.

Islamabad Police have lodged a First Information Report (FIR) against Usman Mirza under Section 341, 506-II, 509, 354A and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).

People have been searching and sharing the viral video showing Usman Mirza abusing the couple and forcing the couple to strip naked. However, the video is too sensitive to share on our post and everyone should refrain from spreading the clip which clearly shows faces of the victims.

SP Islamabad Police Hamzah Humayun has expressed concern regarding people’s interest in watching the viral video related to Usman Mirza and further sharing them social media.
