Utility Stores Corporation (USC) has reduced the prices of several essential items, including branded ghee, cooking oil, pulses, and rice at its outlets across the country.
According to the press release, the Utility Store Corporation has reduced the price of branded Eva Ghee by Rs. 31 per kilogram, while Eva Cooking Oil has seen a reduction of Rs. 16 per litre. Similarly, the price of 5 litre pack of Dalda Cooking Oil has been reduced by Rs. 25, while price of of Habib Cooking Oil (5 Litre) has been slashed by Rs. 85.
Furthermore, the prices of other premium brands of ghee and cooking oil has also been reduced.
Meanwhile, the prices of pulses have also been reduced from Rs 15 to Rs 30 per kg, which has been implemented immediately and quality of these items are extremely high and of good quality.
It is pertinent to mention that special subsidies are also being given on flour, sugar, ghee, pulses and rice under the Prime Minister’s relief package at all stores across the country.
