KARACHI: The angry mob, consisting of youth, continued to set dumper trucks and water tankers on fire throughout the night and by the early morning hours blocked the Motorway M9 entry point from Sohrab Goth.
According to the president of the dumper truck association, 11 trucks were set on fire. The police have arrested several individuals from various areas, but residents are angry at the reckless driving of dumper truck drivers, which has resulted in the deaths of 269 people since January.
The Government of Sindh seems not worried about the incidents that made the youth angry after a dumper truck injured a biker and tried to flee from the scene.
