Weather and Fog Update for Lahore, Punjab – 8 December 2023

As per the weather update by Regional Meteorological Center in Lahore, cold and dry weather is expected in most districts of the Punjab province on Friday, while cold and partly cloudy is likely in Kashmir, Murree, Galliyat and surroundings during night hours.

Smog/fog is expected in Narowal, Sialkot, Okara, Sahiwal, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh, Jhang, Khanewal, Multan, Bahawalpur, Khanpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan and surrounding during morning & night hours.

Today, cold and dry weather persisted in most districts of the Punjab province, while cold and partly cloudy weather is expected areas like Kashmir, Murree, Galliyat and surroundings during night hours.

Meanwhile, Smog/fog is expected in Narowal, Sialkot, Okara, Sahiwal, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh, Jhang, Khanewal, Multan, Bahawalpur, Khanpur, Rahim yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan and surrounding during night hours.

The maximum temperature recorded in Punjab was 29.5°C in Kot Addu, while the minimum temperature was 3.0°C in Murree. Meanwhile, Kashmir witnessed a maximum temperature of 26.1°C in Kotli and minimum temperature of 0°C in Rawalakot.
