The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast intermittent rains and gusty or dust-raising winds for Lahore and various parts of Punjab on Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Weather Conditions:
- Current Situation: Continental air is prevailing over most parts of Pakistan. A westerly wave is expected to enter the upper parts of the country on Tuesday evening/night.
- Monday Evening/Night: Rain-windstorms and thunderstorms are expected at isolated places in Lahore, Kasur, Sialkot, Narowal, Gujranwala, and Gujrat. Hot and dry weather is likely in Murree, Galyat, and surrounding areas.
- Tuesday and Wednesday: Rain-windstorms and thunderstorms are expected at isolated places in Murree, Galyat, Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Talagang, Mianwali, Jhelum, Mandi Bahauddin, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Lahore, Kasur, Hafizabad, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, and Narowal during the evening and night. Very hot weather with gusty or dust-raising winds is expected in southern districts. Elsewhere in the province, hot and dry weather is anticipated.

Hot and dry weather has prevailed in Lahore and most parts of the province over the past 24 hours, with extremely hot conditions in the southern districts.
