1) Download MobileUncle MTKTools from play store.
2) Download CMWR file from either of these links.
Link I( Recovery.img )
Link II ( RECOVERY.IMG )
3) Copy CMWR(Recovery.img) to your SD card.
4) Open MobileUncle MTKTools software, select recovery update option and then select recovery.img file that you copied in to SD.
Follow these steps very carefully:
Download the ROM. (ERROR FIXED)
LINK 1 MEGA UPLOAD
LINK 2: G’Drive
2. Copy the downloaded file on your SD-CARD.
3. Power off your phone.
4. Turn your phone on in recovery mode (by pressing VOLUME UP + POWER buttons).
5. Make a backup.
Select “backup and restore”. And then select “backup”. When it is done select “Go Back”.
6. Select Wipe/Data Factory Cache.
7. Select Wipe Cache Partition.
8. Go to advanced and select wipe dalvik cache.
9. Go back to the main menu.
10. Select “Install zip from sdcard” –> “Choose zip from sdcard” –> Now select “A8_4.1.1_INCPak_Fixed” –> Select ”Yes”
11. The phonehone will reboot itself into Jellybean. ENJOY INCPak Team

Thanks man. Thank you very much for the effort. I really appreciate that. I had previously bricked my A8 while trying for an alternative to stock Q mobile Rom. I learned to root the mobile from your website. I told others about it and so a lot of my friends were able to root their phones.
I have installed the rom. I do not know what do you mean by (ERROR FIXED) in your post. however I have also applied the volume and battery fix that you shared in the comments. I did it because I didn't know if it was necessary or not. Kindly do mention that for newcomers like me. It kinda creates confusion.
Anyways I will report on how well did the battery go ..

Thanks for appreciating INCPak Team, we are determined to bring the best for all ( PAKISTAN FIRST ) Q logo u can obtain from touchwiz version 1 post zip file flash it, but we are gonna be making policy that our user have to stick with our logo and all since it takes alot to make it work we deserve our name there.
incpak guys do look into one another problem n see if you guys can fix it the problem is that when you hard rest for flash your A8 the wifi mac address keep on changing itself on turning it on and off

i totally did every step as per your instruction and i didn't get any error during installation. but after installation at first boot it stucks on logo. Thank to Allah that i've already made backup of my current rom. would you please fix that problem?

admins please check if the light sensors on your fone are also giving delayed response. My A8's brightness changes after 3 to 4 seconds of change in surrounding light….
and for those who do not want Ukrainian or Russian characters in dialer and fone book, just apply some other theme from the theme skin manager. the problem will get resolved.
I checked its taking hardly 2 to 3 seconds but sensor working fine…. I have also changed the theme but still in contacts lists I see Ukrainian / Russian characters we are working on it. if you have resolved kindly share the screen shot..

Ok will mention it. But it is not entirely Fly's. Real credit goes to Ali Akber who made it possible by dumping relevant files from his A8's JB without rooting. That was a very difficult process. We spend nearly 6 hrs on that.

still battery timing is less compare to TouchWiz, every time i unlock my phone it always show "MTK6577 has been granter superuser" is it normal?and u all hav noticed tht when press lock button it shows screen with a bit delay
Battery timmings is also always going to less in compared to ICS because JB utlilizes more resources in things like project butter.
Yes thats normal trying to control CPU usage, don't lose hopes we are working on optimizing battery timing as efficient as possible.

First of all thanx and congratz to INCPAK team for such a great work. I am now using this Rom and haven't found any problem yet. Volume is good and there is no lagging issue while using the rom, playing games or watching videos. Also I have restored the Qlogo from the flashable zip you have provided in touchwiz rom post and now the logo is good too. Will inform you if i find any problem in the rom…

TouchWiz has fine timing and we have fixed JB optimizing battery timing issue we'll be posting updates and fixes in a short while.
I Installed JB today and I am having lagging issue plus I want to remove JB incpak logo and prefer to have Qmobile logo…. I downloaded logo.zip from given link but still I face same logo problem….
when I press lock button it came up after 10 seconds,
I used touchwiz that one was great was fast everything was better than this……
you guys need to focus on lagging issue, volume, most Important battery timing…
Although a great JB version needs to be improve…

yes not too low just low in compare to TouchWiz :) also when i press lock button, screen comes after atleast 3-4 seconds delay again in compare to Touchwiz but
