Muhammad Rashid is a serial record-breaker from Pakistan and holds over 30 Guinness World Records. He loves smashing and holds multiple records in the field of martial arts.
Rashid is a keen record-breaker who belongs to Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. He is also the founder of and cand president of the Pakistan Academy of Martial Arts.
His thirst towards record breaking is however not quenched yet. Rashid is not ready to stop yet. Rashid who began the journey in 2013, has already achieved 14 records till now but his goal is goal is to reach 100 records.
Following the footsteps, his daughter Fatima Naseem broke the record for the most full contact elbow strikes in one minute using alternate elbows (female) with an incredible 242 on 16 August 2020. Her father has trained her to break the records. Fatima is only seven-years-old.
Rashid’s student has also achieved Guinness World Record. His protégés include Syed Taj Muhammad (Pakistan), who holds the record for the most knuckle push-ups in one hour (2,175), and Mujtaba Hassan Mughal (Pakistan) who holds the record for most walnuts smashed with a nunchaku in one minute (118).
With such an array of amazing records, Muhammad Rashid has secured himself the status of a record-breaking martial arts icon.
