Multan Sultans vs Karachi Kings – PSL 8 Match 11 Highlights

We are almost nearing the end of the first leg of matches for the eighth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 8 2023) with Multan Sultans vs Karachi Kings going up against each other in Match 11 of the tournament. It was an interesting match and Multan won by 3 runs, but Karachi certainly played well through the second innings.

Karachi Kings won the toss and elected to bowl first, but they failed to restrict Multan Sultans, who managed to set a target of 196 runs thanks to Mohammad Rizwan, who scored 110 runs from 64 balls, and Shan Masood, who also managed a half century and scored 51 runs from 33 balls.

Rilee Rossouw, who came to the pitch after Shan Masood was dismissed, added another 29 runs to the score total.

Karachi Kings had a decent start with James Vince scoring 75 runs off 34 balls. However, Matthew Wade was dismissed for just 20 runs. The team lost two more wickets fairly quickly with Haider Ali and Shoaib Malik only being able to score 12 and 13 runs, respectively.

Imad Wasim was able to pick up the pace with 46 runs from 26 balls alongside Ben Cutting, who only managed 12 runs before being dismissed. However, Karachi was short of just 3 runs and Multan took the victory.
