Multan Sultans won the and elected to bowl first, which seemed to be the right decision as they restricted Quetta Gladiators to 110 runs and sent their entire batting lineup to the pavilion with 7 balls remaining.

Quetta Gladiators failed miserably in the first innings as their batters failed to secure a decent score total with all out at just 100 runs.

Jason Roy scored the highest with 27 runs off just 18 balls, while the second highest run-scorer was Muhammad Hasnain with 22 runs off 20 balls. Meanwhile, the rest of the team performed poorly and barely crossed the 20-run mark.

Ihsanullah was without a doubt a star player for the Multan Sultans in today’s PSL 8 match as he dismissed 5 players in exchange for just 12 runs and kept Quetta Gladiators to a very low and doable score total of just 110 runs.

It was an easy victory for the Multan Sultans as they were able to reach target of 111 runs set by the Quetta Gladiators with 39 balls remaining despite a rough start with Shan Masood being dismissed for 3 runs.

Mohammad Rizwan scored 28 runs alongside Rilee Rossouw, who managed 78 runs and both players guided the team to an easy victory.
