The British-Pakistani footballer has also become the first-ever Pakistani female player to score four goals in any tournament.
Apart from Nadia, Rameen Fareed, Khadija Kazmi, and Anmol scored a goal each and guided their team to victory. However, while Pakistan was able to beat Maldives, it unfortunately lost to India and Bangladesh in their first two matches of the event.
It should be mentioned here that the SAFF Women’s Championship 2022 is the first tournament that Pakistan were participating in after FIFA lifted the ban on the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF).
