Pakistani pacer, Naseem Shah, who was injured in the match against India during the Asia Cup 2023, has underwent a successful shoulder surgery in London.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, the pacer said, “Alhamdullilah, I’m recovery well. Your prayers and well wishes have been my strength. Thank you for your support.”

According to the details, Naseem Shah’s surgery continued for half an hour and the pacer has been advised to take proper rest for six weeks.
The doctors reportedly told Naseem Shah that he could start practicing after this rest period.
Naseem Shah suffered a should injury during a recent match of the Asia Cup 2023 against India in Sri Lanka.
The pacer was ruled out of the ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 as a result of the injury, which was a big blow to the Pakistani team.
Shah also expressed his disappointment for not being a part of the squad selected for the tournament. “With a heavy heart, I’m sharing that I will not be part of this amazing team that will be representing our beloved country,” he wrote on X.
