PSL 2020: Lahore Qalandars VS Islamabad United – Match 7 Highlights

Islamabad United won the seventh match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 2020) against Lahore Qalandars by 1 wicket with 1 ball remaining at the Qaddafi Stadium in Lahore making this second win of the tournament.

Islamabad United won the toss and elected to bowl first against the Lahore Qalandars who were able to score 182/6 and put a little bit of pressure on United.

Muhammad Hafeez did an outstanding job giving an exceptional performance scoring 98 runs from just 57 balls but unfortunately the innings ended with him still being 2 runs shy of completing his century.

Islamabad United was second to bat with Shadab Khan giving an very good performance scoring 52 runs from just 29 balls and completing his half century.

Luke Ronchi however disappointed today after his amazing performance yesterday against the Multan Sultans.

On the bowling side Shaheen Shah Afridi gave an impressive performance taking 4 wickets for his team, the Qalandars.

United did win although it was a very tight finish and Qalandars although lost, they did give it their best and their performance in the match wasn’t bad.

Man of the Match

Shadab Khan won Man of the Match after scoring 52 runs for his winning team United.
