Pakistan Super League Seventh Edition (PSL 7 2022) – Match 25 Highlights – Multan Sultans vs Quetta Gladiators (MS vs QG) at Lahore Qaddafi Stadium – Multan Sultans won by 117 runs.

Multan Sultans won the toss and elected to bat first, while managing to set an incredibly high target of 246 runs for the Quetta Gladiators to win the match in the second innings.

Multan Sultans displayed a brilliant batting throughout their innings as openers Shan Masood and Mohammad Rizwan scored 57 and 83 runs off 38 and 54 balls, respectively. Rilee Rossouw also managed 71 runs off just 26 balls as the team racked up the second-highest total in PSL history. Islamabad United currently holds record for the highest total of 247 runs against Peshawar Zalmi in PSL 2021.

Quetta Gladiators were crushed in the second innings too as everyone failed miserably against the bowling attack from Multan Sultans, except for Jason Roy and Umar Akmal, who managed to score 38 and 50 runs, however, that wasn’t enough for the team to chase a target of 246 runs.

Multan Sultans beat Quetta Gladiators by 117 runs as they dismissed Quetta’s entire batting order by the 16^th over.
