Pakistan Super League Seventh Edition (PSL 7 2022) – Match 19 Highlights – Peshawar Zalmi vs Karachi Kings (KK vs PZ) at Lahore Qaddafi Stadium – Peshawar Zalmi won by 55 runs.

Karachi Kings won the toss and elected to bowl first but failed to restrict Peshawar Zalmi, who ended up setting a target of 194 to win the game in the second innings.

Hazratullah Zazai and Mohammad Haris gave Peshawar Zalmi a flying start with a wonderful partnership scoring 52 and 49 runs off 53 and 27 balls, respectively. However, Liam Livingstone being dismissed with 6 runs was a setback for the team, but Shoaib Malik made up for it by scoring 31 runs off 21 balls.

Meanwhile, Ben Cutting and Sherfane Rutherford help the team set a good target towards the end by scoring 26 and 11 runs off 15 and 5 balls, respectively.

Babar Azam gave the Karachi Kings a good start with a score of 59 runs off 46 balls, while Sharjeel Khan managed 14 runs off 16 balls. Joe Clarke, who replaced Sharjeel Khan on the pitch, added 26 runs from the same number of balls. However, the team was kept restricted by Peshawar Zalmi with their tight bowling with Mohammad Nabi only scoring 15 runs off 11 balls and Ian Cockbain also being dismissed for just 14 runs.
