PSL 9 Supplementary and Alternate Draft Announced

The much-awaited supplementary and alternate daft for the Pakistan Super League’s ninth edition (PSL 9) has now been officially announced. The franchises taking participating in the upcoming PSL tournament scheduled to finalize their squads and make their final selections on January 26.

The drafting schedule has been carefully planned to allow teams a chance to replace players and make another pick for the upcoming season. This draft allows all the teams the possibility of selecting substitutes for players who may not be available and franchises will as well have two more picks to complete their rosters, focusing on the nineteenth and twentieth players.

With the primary draft in December already witnessing teams pick 18 players, there is excitement as PSL 9 is set to begin on February 17, 2024 in Lahore. The supplemental and alternate draft is another thrilling experience as teams try to bolster their sides for the upcoming cricket gala.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has also released the complete schedule for the Pakistan Super League 2024 (PSL 9), which is scheduled to take place across four cities, including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, and Karachi. You can check out the complete schedule in the post below.
