Apple is reportedly planning on launching the 13-inch MacBook Pro with the upcoming M2 chipset next month. According to MacRumors, there won’t be any major changes in terms of the design of the upcoming MacBook, which means it will look exactly like the M1-powered 13-inch MacBook Pro.
The upcoming 13-inch MacBook Pro will continue to have a Touch Bar but unlike the 14-inch or 16-inch variants, there won’t be a ProMotion Display or Notch at the top of the screen. However, the company itself has not confirmed any rumors regarding the new 13-inch MacBook Pro.
It is expected that Apple will hold its first event of the year on March 8, when the Cupertino-based Tech-Giant is also expected to launch the next-generation iPhone SE with support for 5G connectivity and the A15 chip from the iPhone 13.
Apple M2 chipset will mark the debut of the second-generation of the company’s own processors. The upcoming M2 chip is also expected to power the new MacBook Air and other devices that are already powered by the current-generation M1 processor.
