Twitter CEO Elon Musk has launched a pole asking users on the platform whether he should step down as head of the company, adding that he would abide by the poll results.
The poll has received millions of votes on Monday asking Musk to step down as CEO. However, Elon Musk has not given an exact date regarding when he would step down as Twitter CEO if the poll results said he should.
As of writing this, the poll has received 57.5% votes asking Elon Musk to step down from the position, while only 42.5% people seem to be in favor of the entrepreneur handling the company.
Should I step down as head of Twitter? I will abide by the results of this poll.

It is pertinent to mention that Musk has already told Delaware court last month that he would reduce his time at the company and eventually find another person to handle the business.
According to reports, Musk said that the company was going towards bankruptcy since May, adding that problem was not finding a chief executive, but finding one who can keep Twitter going.
SpaceX CEO also told everyone on the platform that major policy changes will now be made through votes.
Going forward, there will be a vote for major policy changes. My apologies. Won’t happen again.
