Besides revealing the launch date for the Honor Magic 6 Series, Honor has given us a sneak peek at the upcoming Honor X50 Pro 5G smartphone through a fresh poster. Unveiling not only the design but also key hardware specs, it’s evident that the Honor X50 Pro might make its debut around the Magic 6 Series launch scheduled for January 10 to January 11.
According to the poster, the smartphone is likely to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ SoC, a robust 5800 mAh battery, and a 1.5K curved display with eye-protection certification. Two color options, green and black, have been confirmed, and the rear side prominently showcases a circular camera module housing at least a couple of cameras along with an LED flash.
Staying true to the design philosophy of the Honor X50 lineage, the circular round camera module remains a consistent feature. In contrast, the Honor X50 is available in a broader spectrum of four color options: orange, elegant black, white, and blue.
Details about the Honor X50 Pro remain somewhat elusive, but the device has been spotted on 3C certification, hinting at support for up to 35W fast wired charging. Leaks suggest that the upcoming Honor smartphone could boast up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage, along with NFC support for wireless patents.
In tandem with the Honor X50 Pro, the Honor X50 GT is also in line for launch, featuring a 6.81-inch FHD+ OLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, a 50-megapixel primary camera, and a substantial 4800mAh battery.
Furthermore, the previously launched Honor X50, equipped with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, flaunts a 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz curved display supporting up to 1200 nits of brightness. Boasting a 5800 mAh battery with 35W fast charging, the Pro version is expected to bring enhancements, as teased in the previews.
