Infinix is gearing up for a major launch event on March 18, where it will unveil the Note 40 series for the global market. This series comprises four models: the Note 40, Note 40 Pro, Note 40 Pro 5G, and Note 40 Pro+ 5G. Ahead of the official launch, details about the Note 40 and Note 40 Pro have emerged.
The Infinix Note 40 is expected to feature an 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant priced at RUB 26,990 (~$297) in Russia. Powered by the recently introduced MediaTek Helio G91 chipset, further specifications remain undisclosed at this time.
Moving on to the Infinix Note 40 Pro, it is rumored to sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED display and be equipped with the Helio G99 chipset, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, and a 5,000mAh battery. Camera-wise, it is said to boast a triple-camera setup with a 108-megapixel main sensor. The Note 40 Pro is anticipated to retail at RUB 29,990 (~$330).
Both the Note 40 and Note 40 Pro are reported to feature a 5,000mAh battery, with the Pro model supporting faster charging speeds of up to 70W. Recently, the Note 40 Pro 5G was spotted on the Google Play Console, hinting at a high-definition display, Dimensity 7020 chipset, 8GB RAM, and Android 14 compatibility.
However, the highlight of the series is expected to be the Note 40 Pro+ 5G, rumored to support an impressive 100W fast charging and potentially debut as the first Android phone with wireless magnetic charging.
