itel has silently introduced its latest smartphone, the itel S24, on its website, unveiling all its specifications and features. Despite the comprehensive listing, details regarding pricing and availability remain undisclosed.
The itel S24 boasts a 6.6-inch IPS LCD panel with a punch-hole design, offering an HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 480 nits. Powering the device is the Helio G91 chipset, available in three LPDDR4x + eMMC storage variants: 4GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB. Additionally, it offers up to 8GB of virtual RAM and a microSD card slot for expandable storage.
Equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, the itel S24 supports 18W charging via a USB-C port and features bypass charging technology. For capturing selfies, there’s an 8-megapixel front camera, while the rear circular camera module houses a Samsung ISOCELL HM6 108-megapixel main camera with 3x in-sensor zoom and EIS support.
The device is expected to feature dual speakers and a 3.5mm audio jack and will come preloaded with itel OS 13, although the exact Android version remains unspecified. With a thickness of 8.3mm and weighing 192 grams, the itel S24 will be available in three color options: Starry Black, Dawn White, and Coastline Blue.
Although the price has not been officially announced, speculation suggests that the itel S24 will be priced below $150, positioning it as an affordable yet feature-rich smartphone option for consumers.
