OnePlus made an exciting announcement, revealing that the OnePlus 12 is set to launch in China on December 5. Providing enthusiasts with a sneak peek, the brand also unveiled the first official look at its upcoming flagship in the number series. Adding to the anticipation, OnePlus dropped a teaser on its official Weibo handle, unveiling key details about the device’s RAM and storage capacity. Now, extending the global reach, the company has created a dedicated page for the OnePlus 12 on its official website.
While the global launch date is yet to be disclosed on the microsite, it does confirm that the OnePlus 12 will be available in a stylish Green color option featuring a captivating marble-like pattern design. The camera module, elegantly protruding in a half-pill shape, accommodates three sensors, including a periscope lens, contributing to the phone’s sleek profile. It is anticipated that OnePlus will gradually reveal essential specifications and features of the upcoming flagship on the dedicated page and through its social media channels.
Notably, a reliable tipster had previously hinted that the OnePlus 12 might make its international debut in January 2024. As a point of reference, its predecessor, the OnePlus 11, was globally launched in February of this year.
In a recent update, OnePlus shared on Weibo that the OnePlus 12 is equipped with 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and a capacious 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The device is already confirmed to be powered by the formidable Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Additional features expected on this flagship include a stunning 6.8-inch BOE X1 display boasting 2K resolution, a remarkable 2,600 nits peak brightness, a Sony LYT 808 main camera, and an advanced HyperTone camera system.
