OnePlus has finally launched its much awaited OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro today at an online launch event due to the coronavirus pandemic and both smartphones are a considerable step up from last year’s model.
The OnePlus 8 comes with the latest flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC along with a 90Hz display and a 6.55 inches Fluid AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1080×2400. The smartphone is equipped with a triple camera setup that includes a 48 MP wide, 16 MP ultrawide and a 2 MP macro senor together with a 16 MP front shooter with Electronic Image Stablization.
The OnePlus 8 Pro is powered the same flagship SoC by Qualcomm however the display on the Pro variant has a 120Hz refresh rate together with a 6.78 inches Fluid AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1440×3168. There is a difference when it comes to the rear camera with the Pro variant having a quad camera setup that includes a 48MP wide, 48MP ultrawide, 8MP telephoto with 3x Optical Zoom, and a 5MP depth sensor. The front camera is the same 16MP shooter like the standard variant.

The OnePlus 8 comes with a 4300mAh battery and the OnePlus 8 Pro has a 4150mAH battery with what the company calls Warp Charge 30T that is capable of charging the phone up to 30 percent in less than 30 minutes which is really fast.

The Pakistan prices for the OnePlus 8 phones are just expected prices and might end up being slightly more once the phone is available in the market and the date for Pakistan release is still unknown keeping in view the current situation and lockdown in place.
